Phase 2: Design
Functionality and the finished look are the key aspects in the design of a mascot. Our designers work hard to provide both. Technically correct sketches are provided, allowing you to see exactly where a performer’s vision will be. Seeing a technically correct sketch also allows you to get a feel for the overall scale of the mascot. Fabric samples are provided for review and approval as well. Manufacturing of your mascot will not begin until the sketch and fabrics have all been approved.
Our mascot design team will provide a FREE concept sketch for your approval. Once a basic understanding of what you’re looking for is established, our professional artists begin working on a sketch of the mascot. The sketch will illustrate how the costume will lay out with a performer inside.
Here is a final sketch of Tor, the Mastodon of Wheaton College, designed by our Mascot Team.
