We’ll assume nothing. Many questions

will be asked to ensure we build a solid

Our design team will provide a

FREE concept sketch for your approval.

Once a basic knowledge of what you’re

looking for is established, our professional

artists will begin working on a sketch of

the mascot. The sketch will illustrate how

the costume will lay out with a performer

inside. The completed sketch along with

fabric samples of all the materials to be

used to create your character will be sent

to you for approval. This process is

completely free. That’s right, we’ll continue

to revise our sketches and work with you

at no cost or obligation until you are 100%

satisfied. The talented artists at Olympus

years of experience you can rest assured

that your finished character will look like

his sketch.

Custom Mascot Costumes Final Production

After approval is given, our team moves into

the production stage of your mascot.

Production time is usually 3-4 weeks

from the time we receive your approvals on

the sketch and fabric swatches, but we’re

also able to accommodate any timeline and

have made costumes in as little as one

week to meet a special event date. We

have the largest costume production facility

in the industry and unmatched equipment,

so you can be sure our team of experts

will create the best costume available.
